Yi Qing Chen Sentenced to 25 Years in Prison for Smuggling QW-2 Missiles in USA

Forty nine year old, Yi Qing Chen has been sentenced to25 years in prison by District Court in United States in a case to smuggle anti-aircraft missiles.

He was convicted to conspire to smuggle Chinese produced QW-2 Man-Portable Surface-to-Air Missiles into the United States becoming the first person in USA to be charged for smuggling anti-aircraft missiles into the United States after the 9/11 attacks.
