'FLAGS IN' - An Army soldier places a small American flag in front of a grave at Arlington National Cemetery, Va., May 26, 2011. The soldier is assigned to the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, The Old Guard. Soldiers from the unit placed flags in a tradition known as "flags in" in front of more than 260,000 gravestones and about 7,300 niches at the cemetery's columbarium in about three hours.
