For a sweeping historical tome on China written by the most famous living practitioner of international statecraft, Henry Kissinger’s latest book has a dedication striking for its unexpectedness. “To Annette and Oscar de la Renta”, it reads, a tribute to the fashion designer and his wife, who lent Kissinger their opulent home in the Dominican Republic for his writing.

My Comment: Henry Kissinger is the perfect symbol of how out of touch our elites are with today's realities, and while this Telegraph article is a puff piece on him and on his news book .... the realities are the following .... Chile, Vietnam War, and God knows what else. Fortunately, Christopher Hitchens sums it up best.
