My Comment: This failure to properly consult with Congress is going to haunt President Obama later .... especially if the war in Libya does not find some form of resolution and/or favorable outcome. But Congress does not escape blame either .... they have the power to arrange for a vote on what President Obama has agreed to do in Libya. But politicians being politicians .... most in Congress have no desire to go on record on what they think should be done in Libya. What is even worse .... many in government are now saying that we are not even at war in Libya.
