The Status of Forces Agreement and Strategic Framework Agreement with Iraq have vanished from the White House web page - but they're apparently still being implemented.
It's official: any combat forces in Iraq after August 2010 will be called something else:

My Comment: War News Updates will be posting (tonight or tomorrow) a list of commentaries and opinions on President Obama's decision to withdraw combat troops from Iraq by August 2010.
But if Greyhawk's commentary is a sign of things to come, we are going to have a lively and entertaining debate.
