Russia Says Ukraine Blocking Gas Transit Monitors -- Reuters

MOSCOW, Jan 9 (Reuters) - Russian gas export monopoly Gazprom (GAZP.MM) accused Ukraine on Friday of blocking Gazprom representatives from taking part in a commission to monitor gas transit to Europe.

"At this time the Ukrainian side is categorically refusing to include Gazprom representatives in the international multi-lateral monitoring commission," said Gazprom spokesman Sergei Kupriyanov.
