Did President Obama Canceled The Operation To Kill Bin Laden On The Advice Of Valerie Jarrett .... And On Three Occasions?
At the urging of Valerie Jarrett, President Barack Obama canceled the operation to kill Osama bin Laden on three separate occasions before finally approving the May 2, 2011 Navy SEAL mission, according to an explosive new book scheduled for release August 21. The Daily Caller has seen a portion of the chapter in which the stunning revelation appears.
In ”Leading From Behind: The Reluctant President and the Advisors Who Decide for Him,“ Richard Miniter writes that Obama canceled the “kill” mission in January 2011, again in February, and a third time in March. Obama’s close adviser Valerie Jarrett persuaded him to hold off each time, according to the book.

My Comment: If true .... and I need more collaboration .... this is an incredible news scoop .... contradicting the White House version on the Bin Laden raid. It also answers one of the many questions that I raised when details of the Bin laden raid were released .... i.e. why did it take so long for the order to go ahead with the raid when suspicions of Bin Laden's Abbottabad sanctuary were first made.
The Obama - Jarrett connection does not surprise me. President Obama and Valerie Jarrett have a friendship that goes back to 1991, and it is Valerie Jarrett who first introduced the Obama's to Chicago's elite .... thereby helping to start his political career. Upon assuming the Presidency, President Obama made her one of his three senior Presidential advisers .... and I am sure that her opinions and suggestions are always taken seriously .... and acted upon. If it is true that she successfully advised President Obama to not go ahead with the Bin laden raid .... on three occasions .... tells me that in this White House .... the political adviser takes precedence over military/intelligence input, advice, and recommendations. I guess in a world where everything is becoming political .... this should probably not surprise us.
