Congress Forces W.H. To Lay Out Sequester Cuts -- Politico

Congress is forcing President Barack Obama to detail exactly how painful the sequester is going to be.

By unanimous consent, the Senate on Wednesday passed the Sequestration Transparency Act, which requires the Obama administration to lay out precisely the cuts to defense and domestic programs set to go into effect next year. The measure had already passed the House last week, 414-2.
