Clinton says two nations preparing for Bashar al-Assad's potential use of chemical weapons, during talks in Istanbul.
Hillary Clinton, the US secretary of state, has said her country is setting up a working group with Turkey to plan for worst-case scenarios in Syria, including a possible chemical weapons attack on regime opponents.
In a joint news conference in Istanbul with Ahmet Davutoglu, Turkey's foreign minister, Clinton said that the group will co-ordinate military, intelligence and political responses to any potential fallout in Syria.

My Comment: Civil wars are horrible .... but sectarian civil wars are the worst. This planning for a "worst case scenario" is long overdue.
