North Korean leader breaks father's habit of silence by speaking in public at military parade.
North Korea's new leader has delivered his first public speech as the impoverished state celebrates the centenary of its founder's birth.
Kim Jong-un, the third Kim to rule North Korea, called for a push to "final victory" at a military parade in Pyongyang. He read monotonously from a script in the capital's central square after goose-stepping soldiers and sailors showcased the country's military power in the spring sunlight.

My Comment: If I was a North Korean, I would be on my hands and knees praying that Kim Jong-un does not repeat the 5,6,7 hour speeches that both Castro and Chavez are famous for.
