Syria has test fired Yakhont SS-N-26 supersonic anti-ship cruise missile which were recently supplied byu Russia under an agreement supply two Bastion coastal missile systems.
Russia has provided 36 mobile launchers each of which can carry 2 Yakhont SS-N-26 supersonic anti-ship missiles to destroy enemy warships and ground targets. Russia has sold a total of 72 missiles Yakhont SS-N-26 supersonic anti-ship cruise missile in a package which is worth $300 million.
