A Muslim artist has sparked outrage with his depiction of the ripped-apart bus destroyed in the 7/7 terror attacks.

The artwork shows four angels flying above the bombed bus - the same number of Al Qaeda terrorists who took part in the atrocity which left 52 commuters dead and maimed hundreds more on London's transport network.

Also seen are scores of ghostly souls shooting from the number 30 bus, which was travelling through Tavistock Square when it was devastated by suicide bomber Hasib Hussain.

My Comment: At least the British taxpayer is not involved in paying for this insensitive piece of work. Unfortunately .... it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that this is all a publicity stunt ..... and probably a successful one at that.

Britain has opened an inquiry into the 2005 suicide bombings on London's transit system by releasing new details about the bombers and the initial confused response of authorities to the attacks.

The inquiry began Monday in a London court with a reading of the names of the 52 people killed in the bombings on three underground trains and a bus during the morning rush hour on July 7, 2005. Court officials and relatives of the victims also observed a minute's silence.

Acquitted: Sadeer Saleem, Mohammed Shakil and Waheed Ali have all been cleared of helping plan the July 7 attack by reconnoitring potential target sites

No one will be brought to justice for the mass murder of 52 people in the 7/7 London bombings, security sources conceded last night as three men were acquitted of helping the terrorists.

After a massive security operation, a four-year investigation and two trials costing well in excess of £100 million, three friends of the lead suicide bomber, Mohammad Sidique Khan, were cleared by a jury of being part of his support cell. Sadeer Saleem, 28, left court a free man but Waheed Ali, 25, and Mohammed Shakil, 32, were convicted of attending terrorist training camps and will be sentenced today.
