Pilots Worry About F-35 Oxygen System -- Calgary Sun
OTTAWA - U.S. fighter pilots are complaining that the same breathing apparatus systems expected to be used in the F-35 fighter jets Canada plans to buy are faulty and fail to deliver enough oxygen to pilots in certain flying situations.
Two American air force pilots told the U.S newsmagazine show 60 Minutes earlier this week that the oxygen generator in F-22 fighter jets does not give them enough air during high altitude maneuvers.
