Aster 30 Intercepts Supersonic Sea-Skimming Target‎

The French Forbin air defence frigate successfully engaged supersonic target which was simulating an attack by the super sonic anti-ship missile flying at very low altitude.

Aster 30 is used for local & fleet area defence by UK (as Sea Viper on its Type 45 destroyers), France (Horizon frigates) and Italy (Orizzonte frigates)
