The favoured son and heir of Colonel Gaddafi is in secret negotiations to surrender himself to the rebels, the Daily Mail has been told.



Saif Al-Islam, the tyrant’s second eldest son, has hired lawyers to negotiate terms – but wants guarantees he will not be killed if he gives himself up.



His team is hoping to conclude a deal ahead of a weekend deadline for the Gaddafi family to surrender, senior rebel sources revealed.

My Comment: So .... what is happening (today) to the Gaddafi family in Libya.



Hmmm ..... old man Muammar Qaddafi is now resorting to rants and threats. Saadi Qaddafi wants to surrender and join the rebellion. Saif Al-Islam wants to negotiate so that he does not end up in a war crimes courtroom. And as for the rest of the family .... they are now in Algeria.
